The Texas CPAAA will provide basic pages for each region if they do not have an existing web site.  If your region has an existing website, just provide the URL.

Our composition of these pages will be limited to by-laws, contact information, officer listing, a list of alumni associations within the regions and a link to the individual associations' web pages.  We can include a newsletter or link to one, but we will not compose a newsletter for the regions.  We will not do any fancy composition of web pages for the regions.  Look at the current Region 1 page as an example.  If you want a calendar of events that needs frequent updating, then that should be on the region or a member's site or even a Yahoo or Google calendar and we will link to it.

Each Region will have a space limitation on the TCPAAA site that has not been determined, but will be at least 5 megabytes per region.

No individual association pages or files will be stored on the TCPAAA website except for the state convention host associations for the next two conventions.  For example, the current year's convention is now on the site, and the following year can also be there, as an overlap is anticipated to promote the following year's convention.
