Note: To reduce email address harvesting, the email address format was deliberately altered and javascript is used to generate the properly formatted email address.  If you are seeing this as a printout or you are typing the email addresses, then replace "_[at]_" with "@" for the email address.  You should be able to click on the address to generate a correctly formatted note. This process has been verified with most email clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, Thunderbird, etc. Some non-client email users of webmail may not get the desired action, so you will need to manually enter the address.
